We are glad to inform you that starting from 7^th of October, the Bank extends the operation hours of RCB Telephone Banking in order to provide you additional convenience for service by telephone.

RCB Telephone Banking is now available from 08:00 till 21:00 (Cyprus time), Monday to Friday to answer your questions and provide banking services, including:

• Getting information about balances on accounts and bank cards;
• Funds transfer between your accounts held at RCB Bank or to the list of predefined RCB beneficiaries, including currency conversions;
• Increasing or decreasing the amount of a fixed-term deposit;
• Servicing your RCB cards, including activation, blocking, topping up balances and changing the card limits;
• Assistance with other issues related to products and services of the Bank.

You can get access to the full range of RCB Telephone Banking services after going through a process of authentication: calling one of the phone lines below and entering your User ID and Password (PIN) with the help of an interactive voice menu and tone input via the keypad of your phone.
