We are pleased to inform you that in order to enhance our customer service, the operating hours of RCB Telephone Banking have been extended.
Starting from February 1, 2021, RCB Telephone Banking becomes available daily from 08:00 until 20:00 (Cyprus time) including weekends and Bank holidays. Our dedicated expert team keeps providing first level support and assistance whenever is needed.
You can get access to the full range of RCB Telephone Banking services after going through an authentication process: calling one of the phone lines below and entering your User ID and Password (PIN) with the help of an interactive voice menu.
