We are glad to inform you that starting from the 1^st of February 2016 the following custodian instructions are available for submission on RCB Online Banking:

• Securities receipt free of payment;
• Securities delivery free of payment;
• Securities receipt against payment;
• Securities delivery against payment.

Initiating custodian instructions on RCB Online Banking is safe and easy. Online instructions templates comply with the templates currently used for fax instructions. Please note that the Bank will charge for fax instructions starting from the 1^st of April 2016, in accordance with the Commissions and Charges published on the Bank’s web site.

Using RCB Online Banking, you can create new instructions, send amendment/cancellation for existing ones and track their status. You can also create and save templates of your instructions. The instructions submitted online are processed within RCB working hours (from 9am till 5pm).

To create a custodian instruction on RCB Online Banking you shall need to:

• Have access to RCB Online Banking;
• Have a custodian account (portfolio) with RCB;
• Instruct for securities which are accepted for safekeeping by RCB.
