Measures on COVID-19
17.03.2020
As previously announced, RCB Bank Ltd has already taken all the necessary measures to ensure the well-being and protection of its human capital while securing the uninterrupted provision of its products and services to our valued customers. The Bank follows all developments closely and adheres to the measures announced by the Cyprus government these last few days.
All our departments continue to be fully functional and remain at your disposal via phone, email or fax as they will, for obvious reasons, refrain from meetings outside the Bank. We reiterate that our state of the art online banking and mobile banking platforms are at your disposal to conduct your transactions from the comfort of your location. Through RCB Online Banking and RCB Mobile Banking you can manage your everyday banking needs on a 24/7 basis.
NO COMMISSION FOR CASH WITHDRAWALS FROM ATMs
To meet potential client’s needs for cash, the Bank has canceled ATM cash withdrawal commissions until further notice. As of March 16th, 2020 all Bank’s clients are able to withdraw cash with their RCB cards from any ATM of any bank in Cyprus at no extra charge.
CHANGE OF BRANCH SERVICE HOURS
As a temporary measure as of March 18th, 2020 and until further notice, the client service hours of the branches and international business centers (IBCs) shall be changed. All branches and IBCs are at the disposal of clients from 9.00 am up until 2.00 pm instead of 5.00 pm that is the normal working hour of our network.
Based on the same rationale, clients are kindly requested to wait for the go ahead by RCB Bank employees before entering the branch or IBC in order to adhere to the maximum number of people per square meters, according to applicable decisions by the government and to adhere to the sanitization measures at place. Needless to say, the temporary reduction in working hours does not alter the Bank’s commitment to offer personalized and high level services to our clientele.
Should a client require to visit one of our branches for anything other than transactions at the cashier, we kindly request that such requests are made in advance.
It is crucial to note that RCB Bank Ltd is committed to continue to support the Cyprus economy and clients facing temporary difficulties.
In closing, all of us at RCB Bank would like to sincerely thank you for your continued trust. We also feel oblige to underline that RCB Bank’s strength in capital, ratings, liquidity and position allow for our relationship with our clients to continue on an even stronger basis, that of support, trust and responsibility.
Yours Sincerely,
RCB Bank Ltd
