Change in the shareholding structure of RCB Bank

RCB Bank announces a change in its shareholding structure. On August 23, 2017, the acquisition of 19,85% stake in the share capital of RCB Bank by the Management of the Bank from the previous owner Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation was completed.

The Board of Directors of RCB Bank notes that the change in the shareholding structure reflects the strategic objectives of the Bank to continue its successful business development with the focus on Cypriot and European markets.
