Business Analyst / Documents Workflow

Description:

  • Develop, communicate and translate business requirements into activity diagrams and process flow diagrams;
  • Analyse, re-engineer and implement banking processes using electronic Document management and workflow solutions;
  • Manage and parameterize workflow systems;
  • Identify and document requirements and improvements where applicable;
  • Review, evaluate tenders, and monitor projects deliverables and timelines;
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal sources to analyse information needs and functional requirements;
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying needs;
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously;
  • Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management or in a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst/Project Management role in the software industry;
  • Extensive knowledge of BPMS, Document Management and Workflow Systems and processes;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint;
  • Database Management and Content Management Systems knowledge;
  • Ability to think analytically, solve problems to complex business processes, and document results;
  • Process-oriented with sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through including the flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment;
  • Proven technical writing skills;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are essential, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Data Protection Analyst

Description:

  • Implement, document and maintain the Bank’s systems to ensure the safety of the Bank’s Information assets;
  • Compare, review and analyse outward and inward data traffic from different data sources;
  • Prepare daily, weekly and quarterly reports on information security analysis;
  • Track and report incidents following the internal escalation procedures;
  • Maintain and enforce information security policies, procedures, and standards within all operational areas of the Bank;
  • Perform periodical informational security self-assessment reports;
  • Identify and document information security requirements and improvements;
  • Review and assess users’ requests whether compatible to the user’s access rights in relation to the user’s job responsibilities;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of security tools and testing methods;
  • Participate in the implementation process of effective security controls for the IT infrastructure;
  • Develop and implement an Information Security Risk Assessment and Management Program;
  • Support the risk assessment process of the Bank’s data protection assets;
  • Identify and implement the best information security practices.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or any other related field;
  • Minimum of 10 years’ working experience in building and maintaining security systems;
  • IT Certifications will be considered as an advantage;
  • Hands-on experience in security technologies such as Firewalls, WAF, IPS, SIEM, DLP, authentication/encryption and VPNs;
  • Security expertise in various information system technologies (LDAP, databases, networking, web applications, virtualization technologies and Windows/Linux systems);
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Dynamic, energetic and results driven;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Fluency in English and Greek.

Relationship Manager

Description:

  • Active on sales – primary focus to attract new affluent individual clients;
  • At least 50% of the working time to be spent outside the office focusing on client acquisition;
  • Lead the sales process, build a client base and achieve branch sales goals through the consistent application of sales initiatives;
  • Establish and develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients;
  • Generate new business through introducers;
  • Act as the first point of contact for all new clients, on all banking issues and needs;
  • Responsible for the revenues generated by the Bank regarding own client portfolio;
  • Explain, advise on and promote bank products and services;
  • Assist clients with the account opening process according to internal procedures and regulations;
  • Provide day-to-day support and service to clients, handling complex client needs.

Skills and Experience:

  • University Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or in a related field;
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking, with a local Bank in sales and relationship management functions;
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services;
  • Knowledge of Cyprus regulatory requirements;
  • Proven sales, customer service and prospecting skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Energetic, flexible with a positive attitude;
  • Ability to take initiative and deliver results in a dynamic environment;
  • Attentive to detail;
  • Disciplined and self-motivated;
  • Fluent in both Greek and English.
