Data Protection Analyst

Description:

  • Implement, document and maintain the Bank’s systems to ensure the safety of the Bank’s Information assets;
  • Compare, review and analyse outward and inward data traffic from different data sources;
  • Prepare daily, weekly and quarterly reports on information security analysis;
  • Track and report incidents following the internal escalation procedures;
  • Maintain and enforce information security policies, procedures, and standards within all operational areas of the Bank;
  • Perform periodical informational security self-assessment reports;
  • Identify and document information security requirements and improvements;
  • Review and assess users’ requests whether compatible to the user’s access rights in relation to the user’s job responsibilities;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of security tools and testing methods;
  • Participate in the implementation process of effective security controls for the IT infrastructure;
  • Develop and implement an Information Security Risk Assessment and Management Program;
  • Support the risk assessment process of the Bank’s data protection assets;
  • Identify and implement the best information security practices.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or any other related field;
  • Minimum of 10 years’ working experience in building and maintaining security systems;
  • IT Certifications will be considered as an advantage;
  • Hands-on experience in security technologies such as Firewalls, WAF, IPS, SIEM, DLP, authentication/encryption and VPNs;
  • Security expertise in various information system technologies (LDAP, databases, networking, web applications, virtualization technologies and Windows/Linux systems);
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Dynamic, energetic and results driven;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Fluency in English and Greek.

Liquidity Manager

Description:

  • Develop new and enhance existing Bank’s liquidity framework, including policies and procedures, limit system, revision and maintenance of liquidity reporting system;
  • Develop and maintain regulatory mandatory ratios forecast models i.e. LCR, NSFR and CBC requirements;
  • Efficient enhancement of liquid assets portfolio management (including AFS and HTM securities pool);
  • Present proposals for the structure and limits for the liquidity buffer, including bond portfolio; development of investment strategy (Bank’s available liquidity);
  • Regulatory funding solutions (REPO, short term re-financing etc.) implementation;
  • Credit risk of short term financial instruments used verification, credit risk/limits monitoring system/methodology development;
  • Expand the Bank’s available instruments and limits in liquidity management in cooperation with Global Markets, Risks and FI departments;
  • Develop and reconcile the procedure of the contingency funding plan;
  • Develop and regularly update the funding plan;
  • Participate in ILAAP process, cooperate with the Bank’s Risk department on various liquidity risk related matters;
  • Communicate with external parties (consulting, audit firms, regulator, rating agencies) in regards to liquidity, FX and interest rate risk management;
  • Initiate and make proposals of external funding solutions on debt capital markets;
  • Implement up-to-date methods to manage the Bank’s cash position, leading relevant automation projects;
  • Operational liquidity management: intraday forecast of nostro accounts balances subject to the Bank’s cash flow position requirements and regulatory constraints, interaction with front- and back- office units on collecting and analysis of data, making instructions to trading desk on liquidity actions;
  • Financial markets research (data analysis and systematization in regards to DCM, MM, market liquidity status, interest rate curves and credit spreads calculation, bonds market research);
  • Provide opinion on the credit risk of the liquidity portfolio in the banking book.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration;
  • CFA/FRM qualification will be considered as an advantage;
  • Minimum of 5 years of profound experience in a Bank’s Treasury;
  • Deep knowledge of liquidity risk and management tools, as well as measurement approaches;
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory framework and requirements;
  • Strong business analytical skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Results oriented;
  • Integrity and credibility;
  • Fluency in English. Russian and Greek will be considered as an advantage.

Media Analyst

  • Review and analyse daily business press, and prepare relevant summaries of key news articles/publications;
  • Historical research of media publications and preparation of summary of findings;
  • Work with economic data sets/statistics and conduct in-depth press analyses on predefined business topics;
  • Prepare presentations and reports as requested;
  • Translate articles in three languages: Russian, English and Greek;
  • Revise, edit and proof-read all reports, articles, publications and materials before release.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Management or Economics;
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in media coverage, analysis or business & economic journalism;
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather data, perform analysis and develop reports;
  • Attentive to detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Data Analysis, and Internet Technologies;
  • Fluency in Russian, English and Greek is a must.
