Transactions with derivatives
RCB Bank Ltd offers its corporate clients a variety of financial risk management solutions. The Bank’s clients can hedge their exposure to interest rate and currency risks using the following hedging instruments: deliverable and non-deliverable forwards (NDF), FX and interest rates swaps, currency options.
Customized hedging solutions with these instruments can help the Bank’s clients limit the financial risk of loss due to adverse future changes of exchange and interest rates while keeping the potential return in the case of positive dynamics as well as to simplify the planning of key financial indicators of economic activity due to the predictability of future values of the exchange and interest rates.
Transactions with derivatives are arranged on the basis of internationally recognized standard contracts developed by the International Swap Dealers Association (ISDA) concluded between the client and the Bank.
The Bank provides investment services and activities to investors considered to be Professional investors or Eligible Counterparties in accordance with the MiFID categorization rules.
